“... designing a sacred object is a totally absorbing experience, the spirit and feeling taking shape. The chalice, the monstrance, the paten must convey with noble simplicity the sacredness of the rite ...”
The collection Rosae is characterised by the presence of the noble flower, a heavenly and at the same time earthly symbol, which is intertwined representing nature, the tangible wonder of creation. The floral decoration is handmade; each chalice and paten is therefore a unique piece. The silver-plating engraved by milling leaves a glimpse of the brass underneath, so as to convey the subtle interplay between the nobility of the former and the humility of the latter.
