Flora is a world in bloom, it is spring, it is new life. The Flora collection exalts the beauty of flowers and the infinite shades of colour of nature. Five carpets with soft, sinuous lines or traditionally rectangular to portray the romantic atmosphere of historic gardens in a harmonious vision that unites East and West. A lush garden where flowers are reinterpreted using wools combined with fine silks and bamboo fibres, skilfully hand-knotted in northern India.
Momoka is inspired by the spectacular blossoms of Kyoto, Milady pays homage to Queen Elizabeth I with a bouquet of old English roses, Geisha evokes the world of silent Japanese companions, Peonia recalls ancient imperial China with a traditional Chinese flower, Daphne tells of the myth of the nymph who turned herself into a laurel tree to escape Apollo's love.
